With the opening of the domestic "second child" policy, many mothers have joined the army of pregnancy preparation for the second time. However, the accompanying problem of older mothers also challenges hospitals and expectant mothers: can my body conceive another baby?

The previous detection methods, such as age, ultrasound, traditional reproductive hormones, can not accurately reflect the ovarian reserve function of women due to large individual differences and cycle limitations.

The emergence of anti Mullerian hormone (AMH) makes up for the defects of current detection methods: AMH can directly reflect the number of follicles in the pre sinus follicle pool, and is the most direct and accurate indicator to evaluate the ovarian reserve function.

At present, domestic AMH detection reagents are mainly monopolized by foreign manufacturers. The main reason for the slow development in China is that upstream raw materials related to reagents have been monopolized by foreign countries for a long time, and there is almost no high-quality AMH bioactive raw materials in China.

After more than two years of research and development, Xiamen Tongrenxin and its cooperative team of Xiamen University National Research Center for Infectious Disease Diagnostic Reagents and Vaccine Engineering Technology have successfully developed AMH antibody pairing and conformational recombinant antigen, which has recently been introduced to the domestic market.

It is understood that the AMH bioactive raw material has been verified in the platform of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, chemiluminescence and fluorescence chromatography. Referring to the mainstream reagents in the current market, it has a good correlation and a higher linear range that can be debugged; Compared with other raw materials, it also shows advantages in sensitivity and specificity.

It can be predicted that with the promotion of domestic high-quality bioactive raw materials, the corresponding domestic diagnostic reagents will develop rapidly. At that time, domestic laboratory doctors and expectant mothers can also get rid of the shackles of expensive imported reagents, so that scientific evaluation means can benefit more people.
